MAIN HOUSE
The old mantra of location, location, location rings true for this villa.
Built in the early 90’s by the current German owner, this imposing 800 sqm villa is set right at the top of the hill overlooking the bay of Talamanca and port of Ibiza Town, and boasts total privacy. The design and interiors reflect the decadent tastes of almost 30 years ago, and one can imagine ‘Scarface’ style parties being enjoyed to the full here back in the day. The new owner will no doubt want to impress with their own style through renovations and modernisation, but the infrastructure is definitely in place and location perfect for proximity to all the action, as well remaining private and peaceful.
There are 6 huge bedrooms and the master suite opens up onto a huge terrace, as well as 6 bathrooms, with two fully equipped kitchens, 2 lounges boasting double height ceilings, with pillars dotted throughout, a fireplace, and huge floor to ceiling windows around the villa allowing light to flood into the villa from sunrise to sunset.
There is also a further bedroom with en-suite bathroom for staff behind the kitchen and utilities area.
OUTDOOR AREAS
The villa is approached firstly through some private gates entering into a private estate of just 3 houses, and then right at the top, a further set of gates, to enter the large circular driveway of Vista S’Estanyol, with a double garage to the left a casita to the right, and the imposing steps and entranceway to the villa straight ahead.
The grounds of the land stretch to 16000 sqm, and below the enormous pool is housed a jacuzzi, sauna and a private gymnasium.
Guests can dine on the extensive terraces surrounding the villa, or by the infinity pool, having breakfast whilst the sun rises overhead, or enjoying dinner as the sun sets over Dalt Vila and Formentera in the distances.
The villa also has a full tourist licence (actually the first tourist licence ever granted in Ibiza – allegedly!)

For the summer months, Ibiza Town (Eivissa) is the centre of the world, or so it seems.
The town itself is centred mainly around the beautiful square (recently pedestrianised) known as Vara De Rey and the main port. Overlooking the port and the town below from behind its castle ramparts is Dalt Vila (aka the Old Town), dating back to the Phoenicians and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once populated by Romans, Moors and the odd pirate or two, it is now full of winding cobbled streets, charming bars and romantic restaurants.
To the west of Ibiza Town runs the road to San Jose, which is peppered with myriad restaurants such as KM5, Cova Santa and Cas Costas Grill and Market, and in the surrounding hills if you look carefully enough one can spot some of the most exclusive and beautiful villas on the island tucked away behind the pines.
To the east of Ibiza Town, past the millionaire’s playground of Marina Botofoch and the Paseo Maritimo, which is known as the Golden Mile (think Pacha, Lío, It Restaurant etc) is the bay of Talamanca, the bustling town of Jesus, and the equally exclusive Cap Martinet. This area also boasts an unending array of luminary hotspots such as Nobu Hotel, Destino, Rehab, Sa Punta, and the latest celebrity hangout, beach restaurant Cala Bonita on Playa S’Estanyol.
