There is a luxuriously designed open plan lounge and formal dining area alongside a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The villa benefits from air-conditioning throughout and also has central heating.

The master bedroom is located on the upper level with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower and bathtub, 2 walk-in closets and access to a big open terrace.
The 2nd master bedroom has a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower, walk-in wardrobe and access to the terrace, also located on the upper level.
Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 6 are all located on the lower level with double beds, en-suite bathrooms with stand-alone showers and access to a separate terrace
On that level you will also find a fully equipped kitchenette and a good gym.
All the rooms have a safe box, and the villa has a state of the art alarm system, including a guard house by the entrance.
The separate guest house is large enough and opulent enough that it could easily be rented on its own!
With double bed, en-suite bathroom and stand-alone shower, very cool lounge area, kitchenette and access to the terrace, it is perfect for unannounced guests or staff, who would no doubt be extremely happy.
The pristine gardens and the surrounding area have several tasteful waterfalls, an amazing “water mirror” and an incredible infinity pool with views that will simply take your breath away.
The beautiful sun terrace and swimming pool area is complemented with an array of sun loungers and chill-out beds as well as a large dining table and gas barbecue.
At night time beautiful gas fireplaces come to life on the front terrace making it the perfect setting for entertaining those special guests or each other.
There is parking available for 6 cars in the driveway.

The south west of Ibiza, along with it’s jaw-dropping scenic backgrounds, is glamorous, brash and exclusive, and with more stylish beach club restaurants along it’s shores than possibly the rest of the Balearic islands put together, it is idolised by big-hitting jet setters and local residents alike.
To be experienced, at least once, is the sassy and shameless Blue Marlin beach club on Cala Jondal (with it’s sister restaurant Yemanja perched daintily on the sand beside. At the other end of the spectrum is the rapidly changing San Antonio (as the Brits Abroad pubs are slowly replaced by investors snapping up and converting hotels and restaurants left right and beachfront centre). The south west manages to somehow successfully mix this side of it’s personality with the ultra exclusive and uber-cool international residents tucked away in the hills of Es Cubells, and Puig Redo, and hidden behind the security barriers of the gated community Vista Alegre.
The focal point of the south west and an absolute must-see is the mythical and magical volcanic outcrop Es Vedra, so seemingly close that you could almost touch it from the shingled shores of Cala d’Hort. There are many urban myths that surround it, such as it being the third most magnetic place on the planet after the North and South Poles, and there is no better place to contemplate these myths than from a table at Es Boldado, the superb fish restaurant built into the rocks across the bay.
The main town, and gateway to the south west is San Jose, a busy bustling town which hosts various rock and jazz festivals throughout the year and is also no more than a quarter of an hour away from the incredibly popular beaches such as Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida, Cala Bassa and Cala Conta (with one of the longest standing beach restaurants, Sunset Ashram perched above). San Jose and her surrounding areas are constantly in demand with property seekers due to the close proximity of all the beaches in the area, as well as the closeness to the airport and Ibiza Town. Consequently the exclusive villas in the south west are the most requested by high net worth holiday-goers in the summer months.
