Completed in 2012 by a German developer, all appliances, fixtures and home-automation systems have been installed by German craftsmen with complete high-end quality and renovated and renewed again in 2019.
The state-of-the-art architecture ensures light-flooded rooms, with real oak parquet flooring in all living areas, with the rest of the house laid with high-quality tiles.
The 5 bathrooms all have a double basin, bidet, bathtub and/or shower, and contain Korean and Wedge-Wood designs.
There are 4 main bedrooms: a Master, and VIP, with ensuite bathrooms, 2 guest bedrooms with shared bathroom and a ‘Den’, which can be converted into a 5th bedroom should this be required.
The guest toilet on the ground floor is fully fitted with a bathtub and shower and there are staff quarters on the lower ground floor with a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.
Master bathroom fittings (all stainless steel) are by Dornbracht.
All windows are by Schüco with electric aluminium shutters and all switches and sockets are glass framed by Busch-Jäger.
The incredible open plan Allmilmö Kitchen has white high gloss lacquer surfaces and black granite working surface, and all appliances are by Miele and Gaggenau. There is a central Osmosis Machine ensuring drinking water quality throughout the house.
“Airmec” aircon has been installed throughout the house (with a single A/C-split-unit for the staff-quarter) and there is a floor heating system by Viessmann, including hot water floor heating in all living areas and wall-mounted connectors in the basement.
A Smart Home System is provided by Gira, with all functions controlled by iPhone or iPad with a full music library on hand at the touch of a button via the Sonos Music Distribution System available throughout the house. High-speed WiFi internet access is of course available throughout the house and in all exterior areas.
Truly this is a villa where no quality stone has been left unturned or untouched.
Approached via electric gates, this villa ensures complete privacy, with 4 individual terraces:
A 120 sqm terrace on the ground level with the pool, a 30 sqm terrace on the first floor and a huge 220 sqm rooftop terrace with jacuzzi up on the top.
All terraces have spectacular views of the ocean, Santa Eulalia and its port.
Sun sails on the roof-top terrace as well as on the ground floor dining terrace are held securely by stainless steel poles.
The infinity pool is 66 sqm and gives the impression of hanging one’s feet over the edge of a cliff.
There is a two-car garage as well as state of the art outdoor furniture with Bauhaus style elements. The villa itself is fully furnished throughout with ultra-modern Benz-Furniture.
Finally, there are 13 surveillance cameras by Mobotix, within a Ritto-Intercommunication System, to top it all off.
Enough said we think!

The North East is possibly the most family-friendly region of the island. Santa Eulalia, the third-largest town in Ibiza, remains the same safe family haven all year round, with a complete ban on nightclubs and late-night hostelries, a superb theatre, amazing sports facilities, cinema, a blue-flag beach, and endless shops, restaurants and gyms. Very popular with British, Dutch and Germans, its main square contains pretty fountains running down from the Town Hall all the way down the seafront.
Moving out of town and north towards the picturesque little village San Carlos, one will find the famous Las Dalias Hippy Market with hundreds of stalls to wander around, and along the coastline untold beaches perfectly suited for families, such as Cala Martina, Cala Nova, and Cala Llenya, to name just a few.
