There is a total of 7 spacious bedrooms with 4 bedrooms in the main villa, a separate guesthouse with 2 bedrooms, and another separate studio ( where a partition allows for additional space for staff, nannies or guests).
MAIN HOUSE
South facing and is set within 35,000sqm of land. It contains 4 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a vast living room with fireplace, dining room and modern kitchen.
All bathrooms are equipped with top end fixtures such as Hansgrohe and Axor.
Master Suite 1
Located on the upper floor, is a large suite with king sized bed, an en suite dressing room, a large independent terrace with panoramic view, and an en suite bathroom with shower and WC.
Master Suite 2
Also located on the upper level, is a further large suite with king size bed, en suite dressing room, a large independent terrace with panoramic views, en suite bathroom with hydro bathtub and WC.
Bedroom 3
Located on the ground floor, and looking out over the pool, this bedroom has a Queen size bed (or if you wish twin beds), an en suite bathroom with shower and WC.
Bedroom 4
Also located on the ground floor, it has a Queen size bed, an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, and is very private looking out onto the Marquess garden.
GUESTHOUSE
The detached guest house is just a few steps away from the main house and can be accessed directly from the main parking area/driveway.
It is composed of 2 very large and comfortable double bedrooms, each having their independent entrances but with the option that the rooms can be joined together if required, with a very cool double door system has been installed.
Bedroom 5
Looks out onto a lavender patio and a beautiful old olive tree. It has a King size bed, an en suite bathroom with hydro bathtub, shower, and a separate WC.
Bedroom 6
With a private terrace, Queen size bed, living area, en suite bathroom with shower and separate WC.
STUDIO
This studio is 100m away from the main villa, with independent car access if needed. Can be used as an office, storage or staff room. It includes a studio area, a bathroom with shower, WC, and Jacuzzi. It also has its own private terrace.
OUTDOOR AREA
The plot is a huge 35,000sqm, of which 10,000sqm has been meticulously landscaped, where you will find a Mediterranean garden, green lawns with olive trees, mimosas, lavenders, and a mauresque garden with a fountain surrounded by orange trees. There is a large covered terrace area with separate seating and dining areas.
The large 75sqm salt water pool is surrounded by an exotic wood decking, and 2 lounge areas that offer the perfect shelters to relax and unwind.
LOCATION
The villa is 15 mins from the airport, 15 mins from Ibiza Town and 20 mins to the Marinas.

For the summer months Ibiza Town (Eivissa) is the centre of the world, or so it seems. The town itself is centred mainly around the beautiful square (recently pedestrianised) known as Vara De Rey and is also home to two marinas.
Overlooking the port and the town below from behind its castle ramparts is Dalt Vila (aka the Old Town), dating back to the Phoenicians and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once populated by Romans, Moors and the odd pirate or two, it is now full of winding cobbled streets, charming bars and romantic restaurants.
To the west of Ibiza Town runs the road to San Jose, which is peppered with myriad restaurants such as KM5, Cova Santa and Cas Costas Grill and Market, and in the surrounding hills if you look carefully enough you can spot some of the most exclusive and beautiful villas on the island tucked away behind the pines.
To the east of Ibiza Town, past the millionaires playground of Marina Botofoch and the Paseo Maritimo, which is known as the Golden Mile (think Pacha, Lío, It Restaurant etc) is the bay of Talamanca, the bustling town of Jesus, and the equally exclusive Cap Martinet. This area also boasts an unending array of luminary hot spots such as Nobu Hotel, Destino,, Sa Punta, and the latest celebrity hangout, beach restaurant Cala Bonita on Playa S’Estanyol.
