MAIN HOUSE 

Here in this 9 bedroom estate you will find everything you need either for all year round living, summer holidays, or wellness retreats. Room 3 Has direct access to a large balcony and a stunning private porch/chill-out area, with the same panoramic views.

Room 4 Has an en suite with a double sink and a large dressing area, direct access to the various exterior lounges and a deck in front of the pool.

Room 5 Is completely independent with private access from the garden, en suite bathroom, and beautifully finished decor.

ANNEX

Bedroom 6 With en suite and outdoor shower/bath and a further adjoining room that can be used as an office, staff room or storage room.

There is a private terrace that turns into a living area with a huge splendid Balinese temple. Double bedroom with double bed, plasma TV with satellite, a safe, dressing room and has a complete en suite bathroom with double sink. It also boasts an outside bathroom and tropical garden with private terraces and chill out area.

SPA

Superb 100sqm area within the estate grounds composed of a gym, massage room, sauna, Jacuzzi, shower and toilet. Direct access leads to a marble terrace and chill out area.

OUTDOOR AREAS 

The house has 2 swimming pools. 1 below the main house and adjacent to the Annex of 30sqm, perfect for the children,  and the other 60sqm above the Main House and running along the Spa, creating a beautiful backdrop when lit up for evening entertaining.

The house is complimented perfectly by a Mediterranean-tropical style garden surrounded by  untouched forest, and there are numerous furnished terraced areas with fishponds, water features, Balinese temples, and many private chill-out areas.

The north east is possibly the most family friendly and zen-like region of the island. Santa Eulalia, the third largest town in Ibiza, remains the same safe family haven all year round, with a complete ban on nightclubs and late night hostelries, a superb theatre, amazing sports facilities, cinema, a blue-flag beach, and endless shops, restaurants and gyms. 

Moving out of town and north towards the picturesque little village San Carlos, one will find the famous Las Dalias Hippy Market with hundreds of stalls to wander around, and along the coastline untold beaches perfectly suited for families, such as Cala Martina, Cala Nova, and Cala Llenya, to name just a few.

From San Carlos take the back winding mountain road towards Cala San Vicente to catch the breath-taking scenery to your right as the sun rises above the pristine clear waters, and even feel free to shed your inhibitions on the nudist beaches along the way, such as Aguas Blancas. 

Heading into the centre of the island, one can dip down into Benirras, or carry onto the tiny village San Miguel watched over by its beautiful white washed Church, with the port of San Miguel and its child friendly beach, just a 2 min winding drive away.
