Spread out over 2 floors with huge bedrooms and living and entertaining areas, the villa consists of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in total. There are 4 double bedrooms and 2 master suites, the majority of which have en suite bathrooms.
The large living room opens up onto the vast terraced pool area, as does the dining room, and the fully equipped kitchen. But for obvious reasons most dining and entertaining is enjoyed outside by the pool.
Villa Paula is the last property to be reached at the top of the hill, and as you enter through electric gates and the high walls, there is a sweeping driveway, which can take you directly to the pool and terraced areas, or around the rear of the house, to a rather special natural area, used for meditation, yoga, or if you prefer, late night gatherings.
There is a covered porch area and mature gardens, the chill out area, and of course the centre piece 84sqm swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. From all of these features guests can enjoy the stunning panoramic views.
The garden has a relaxing water fountain and a hydro massage for 8 people. If needed there is also a covered garage parking for up to 20 cars.

LOCATION – NORTH EAST
Recommended Beaches: Cala Llenya,Cala Olivera, Cala Martina, Cala Nova, Cala San Vicente
The villa is 8km and 10 mins from Ibiza Town, 4km and 5 mins from Santa Eulalia, and 20 mins from the airport.
The north east is possibly the most family friendly region of the island. Santa Eulalia, the third largest town in Ibiza, remains the same safe family haven all year round, with a complete ban on nightclubs and late night hostelries, a superb theatre, amazing sports facilities, cinema, a blue-flag beach, and endless shops, restaurants and gyms. Very popular with British, Dutch and Germans, it’s main square contains pretty fountains running down from the Town Hall all the way down the sea front.
Moving out of town and north towards the picturesque little village San Carlos, you will find the famous Las Dalias Hippy Market with hundreds of stalls to wander around, and along the coastline untold beaches perfectly suited for families, such as Cala Martina, Cala Nova, and Cala Llenya, to name just a few.
From San Carlos take the back winding mountain road towards Cala San Vicente to catch the breath-taking scenery to your right as the sun rises above the pristine clear waters, and even feel free to shed your inhibitions on the nudist beaches along the way, such as Aguas Blancas.
Then it is another quick hop up to the northern most town in Ibiza, Portinatx, and trying to choose from yet more tiny little coves to chill out on, before winding down again to the quaint little village of San Juan, where the demand for increasingly exclusive high end properties in the surrounding areas continues apace.
