As guests walk into the villa the distribution is such that the indoor lounge area opens up perfectly onto the pool and terrace area creating a lovely open ‘airy’ feeling.
The interior design and distribution created by the owner leave nothing to chance and is perfectly put together. She has created a very relaxing feel throughout, to try to ensure that all guests feel at home and have everything to hand.
Huge sofas can be found throughout, whilst large windows let the light flood in, and the top quality flooring in all rooms create a real sense of luxury.
The ultra modern kitchen, as one would expect from this owner, is designed to flow effortlessly, and be as important an entertaining part of the villa as anywhere else.
There is no part of this villa that cannot be enjoyed!
The Villa has 4 large double bedrooms with king size beds, each of them boasting en suite bathrooms, and their own private terraces.
The Master Suite has its own private garden and rather grand outdoor bath.
There is a 5th bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed area, for those travelling children, and a fantastic cinema room/play room perfect for adults and/or children depending on who needs it most.
There is also a further general purpose room on the ground floor if required.
All have extensive wardrobe space, hi speed WIFI connection and integrated air conditioning.
OUTDOOR AREA
This exquisite villa, which is set right at the top of the hill, is approached via a tarmac road to the top, and boasts perfect outdoor terraces, organic gardens, chill out areas, yoga terrace, and large infinity swimming pool (which can be heated at the guests request).
There is a mini gym/ yoga equipment, a vintage dressing up box , and kids play area with zip wire and playhouse.
The views from the infinity pool across the valleys are fantastic especially as the sun sets behind the hills. The gardens, bursting with lavender, are maintained to perfection and privacy is assured.

LOCATION – CENTRAL
Recommended Beaches : The beauty of being in the centre of the island is that most of the beaches are no more than a 20 minute drive away.
Santa Gertrudis – 5 mins, Ibiza Town – 15 mins, Airport – 20 mins
The heart of the island is spread across and between four of its towns, running from San Rafael in the southern part, through Santa Gertrudis and San Lorenzo, and up to San Miguel further to the north. Virtually all of the beaches are less than half an hour’s drive away.
Each of these towns has their own characteristics and identity, and of course gastronomic feasts galore, with the San Juan road which links them and is effectively the spine of the island, being known as ‘Restaurant Road’. This 7-8 km stretch of modernised road hosts none other than at least 10 must-try eateries, serving up anything from Meditteranean fusion and Thai, to Italian, Japanese and traditional Ibicenco fare. Pristine white washed churches, local schools, farms, and orange groves stretch across the Morna Valley, together with historic ruins and numerous Agroturismo hotels.
Of the four towns, Santa Gertrudis is perhaps the most amenable to tourists and locals alike (as well as being the largest), growing hugely in popularity over the last few years or so with Northern Europeans moving to Ibiza for the sun and relaxed island life, but also wanting to stay a little bit apart from the slightly more hedonistic south. Centred around a beautiful square surrounded by bars, restaurants, auction houses, and sports facilities, and just two minutes from the rapidly growing UK private school Morna International College, Santa Gertrudis provides a busy yet relaxed and positive vibe 365 days a year.
