Decorated by the highly renowned interior designer Bruno Erpicum, the 850sqm house includes a grand entrance hall, luxurious lounge area, dining room, fully equipped modern kitchen, and playroom.
The lower levels feature a fitness area, with a very well equipped gym, a pool table room, table tennis and a large cinema room with huge comfy seats. All areas have fully integrated air conditioning access to high-speed WiFi internet.
La V has 7 spacious, and extremely luxurious suites to choose from, all with equally sumptuous en suite bathrooms. The owner continues to renovate and higher the standards of his villa every winter and consequently receives many repeat requests annually from the rich and famous.
The master corner suite (with huge stand-alone bath within) and 2 guest suites are located on the 1st lower level, with incredible views via floor to ceiling windows, and there are a further three guest suites located on the second lower level, including one with bunk beds for young children.
There are a total of 10 bathrooms throughout the villa, plus an extra suite should extra unannounced guests arrive.
The beautifully designed modern and minimal kitchen has been used and praised many times by top chefs around the world flown in by various guests, and yet every year this is also upgraded and renovated to ever-higher levels of luxury.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Hidden among pine trees and beautifully maintained gardens totalling 1600sqm, Villa La V opens out onto vast outdoor terraces, gardens, and covered dining area, and features a huge private infinity pool and Jacuzzi with fantastic views of the Mediterranean and surrounding countryside.
The rooftop terrace offers comfortable outdoor sofa seating, a dining table and an outdoor kitchen – ideal for sunset cocktails or dining with magnificent views of the grounds, pine forest and sea.
The clever design, distribution and footprint of the villa ensures total privacy and the feeling of seclusion despite being in an urban setting, which is extremely important bearing in mind the high-level nature of the returning guests to Villa La V.
The owner has recently created a beautiful little pathway with direct access to the sea just 3 minutes walk from the villa. The little beach there is completely secluded and even in the busiest summer months feels like it’s your own private cove.
It also obviously benefits from the top of the range security and alarm ware systems.

For the summer months, Ibiza Town (Eivissa) is the centre of the world, or so it seems.
The town itself is centred mainly around the beautiful square (recently pedestrianised) known as Vara De Rey and the main port.
Overlooking the port and the town below from behind its castle ramparts is Dalt Vila (aka the Old Town), dating back to the Phoenicians and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once populated by Romans, Moors and the odd pirate or two, it is now full of winding cobbled streets, charming bars and romantic restaurants.
To the west of Ibiza Town runs the road to San Jose, which is peppered with myriad restaurants such as KM5, Cova Santa and Cas Costas Grill and Market, and in the surrounding hills if you look carefully enough one can spot some of the most exclusive and beautiful villas on the island tucked away behind the pines.
To the east of Ibiza Town, past the millionaire’s playground of Marina Botofoch and the Paseo Maritimo, which is known as the Golden Mile (think Pacha, Lío, It Restaurant etc) is the bay of Talamanca, the bustling town of Jesus, and the equally exclusive Cap Martinet. This area also boasts an unending array of luminary hotspots such as Nobu Hotel, Destino, Rehab, Sa Punta, and the latest celebrity hangout, beach restaurant Cala Bonita on Playa S’Estanyol.
