From the hills inside Can Pep Simo, the view from the infinity pool is awesome. This location not only has the benefit of incredible views, but it also has the advantage of being close to everything, such as Talamanca Beach and all of the restaurants and clubs nearby such as Destino and Pacha,
Surrounded by a vast decked out terrace in the front of the villa , the pool is the focus of all the entertaining for this villa, and a funky bar that lights up for night time fun, as well as a huge dining table and several sofas and daybeds for relaxation.
There is also a water feature and surround sound-system. The swimming pool is 15m long and surrounded by plenty of sun-beds, day-beds and parasols. The picturesque postcard views from the pool are second to none, as is the quality of this villa throughout, both inside and out.

LOCATION – IBIZA TOWN & SOUTH EAST
Recommended Beaches: Talamanca, S’estanyol, Salinas, Cala Olivera.
For the summer months Ibiza Town (Eivissa) is the centre of the world, or so it seems. The town itself is centred mainly around the beautiful square (recently pedestrianised) known as Vara De Rey.
Overlooking the port and the town below from behind it’s castle ramparts is Dalt Vila (aka the Old Town), dating back to the Phoenicians and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once populated by Romans, Moors and the odd pirate or two, it is now full of winding cobbled streets, charming bars and romantic restaurants.
To the west of Ibiza Town runs the road to San Jose, which is peppered with myriad restaurants such as KM5, Cova Santa and Cas Costas Grill and Market, and in the surrounding hills if you look carefully enough one can spot some of the most exclusive and beautiful villas on the island tucked away behind the pines.
To the east of Ibiza Town, past the millionaire’s playground of Marina Botofoch and the Paseo Maritimo, which is known as the ‘Golden Mile (think Pacha, Lío, It Restaurant etc) is the bay of Talamanca, the bustling town of Jesus, and the equally exclusive Cap Martinet. This area also boasts an unending array of luminary hotspots such as Nobu Hotel, Destino, Rehab, Sa Punta, and the latest celebrity hangout, beach restaurant Cala Bonita on Playa S’Estanyol.
