MAIN HOUSE
The entrance to the house is set off from a pedestrianized street, and access is via a couple of steps up to the ground floor entrance, into the bright and airy living and dining area, with a beautiful open plan kitchen and ground floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom tucked away.
At the front is a private decked terrace with a 12 sqm pool, and to the rear opening up from the lounge is another private terrace used for outdoor dining and chillaxing.
The first floor has 3 more double bedrooms all with ensuites including the large master suite, and right in the center is a beautiful glassed terraced patio. The house is flooded with natural light throughout the whole day.
The house is fully double glazed with a working chimney, and split aircon/wall heaters throughout. The house also has high speed fibre optic internet.
OUTDOOR AREA
On top is a fantastic rooftop terrace (80 sqm) with a cool raised jacuzzi, from which the lucky owner can gaze out to the sea, and to Dalt Vila (the old town) and over to the port and out to the countryside.
Down below is the decked pool area and accessed easily from the dining and open plan kitchen area.
And underneath are two easy access car parking spaces and 2 separate storage areas in the underground garages. There is access via a lift directly into the house should the new owner wish to utilize this option.
In summary, this modern townhouse could actually be perfect either as a fun holiday home that is effectively a low maintenance ‘lock up and leave’, or in fact as a year round family home. A perfect property from any angle!
LOCATION
Recommended Beaches: Talamanca, Playa S’estanyol.
For the Summer months Ibiza Town (Eivissa) is the centre of the world, or so it seems. Celebrities falling over each other, and billionaires playing the ‘my boat is bigger than your boat’ game in the newly refurbished port.
The town itself is centred mainly around the beautiful square (recently pedestrianised) known as Vara De Rey, which has the iconic Hotel Montesol on one of it’s corners. The Montesol is the oldest hotel in Ibiza dating back to 1932 and is now a stunning 5 Star establishment run by the Hilton Group.
Overlooking the port and the town below from behind it’s castle ramparts is Dalt Vila (aka the High Town), dating back to the Phoenicians and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once populated by Romans, Moors and the odd pirate or two, it is now full of winding cobbled streets, charming bars and romantic restaurants, and is the perfect place to lose oneself for a day, or even better, a night.
To the East of Ibiza Town, past the millionaire’s playground of Marina Botofoch and the Paseo Maritimo, which is known as the ‘Golden Mile (think Pacha, Lío, Life Marina, It Restaurant etc) is the bay of Talamanca, the bustling town of Jesus, Illa Plana and the equally exclusive Cap Martinet. This area also boasts an unending array of luminary hotspots such as Nobu Hotel, Destino, Rehab, Sa Punta, and the latest celebrity hangout, beach restaurant Cala Bonita on Playa S’Estanyol.
Sightseeing, shopping, celebrity spotting, alfresco dining and bar-hopping, Ibiza Town and it’s next-door neighbours have it all.
