The 684sqm villa has been totally renovated throughout from its bare bones up, and is a classic mix of modern architecture and traditional Ibicenco stone design.
The distribution is perfectly designed to create open spaces and light throughout, but despite its grand nature it also has an extremely cosy and homely feel to it, enhanced by gorgeous log fires in a number of the rooms, and a large open plan kitchen situated in the heart of the house.
Beautifully designed over 2 extensive floors each space is carefully considered and benefits from optimum vantage points over the landscape fusing Mediterranean stonework with the traditional Ibicenco design.
The ground floor of almost 500sqm consists of 3 living rooms, a large dining room, open plan modern kitchen, pantry, a bar, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, and a utilities room.
The first floor has a further kitchen/dining area, 3 more bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms, and 1 dressing room.
There is also a separate annex that can be converted into a further stand alone casita with bedroom, bathroom and utility room.
The outside surroundings of this villa are as perfectly presented and thought out as the interiors.
Landscaped gardens and manicured lawns set within 15,000sqm of land are supported by a state of the art garden irrigation system, which believe it or not can be controlled remotely via an app. The property has its own well with natural water and so water costs are not an issue, as well as solar power to also assist with environmental compatibility.
The large 43sqm swimming pool, boasts fantastic views and is backed by a beautiful forest, and so is 100% private, with over 500sqm of terracing running from around the pool, down and around the villa.
The owners have recently completed the full legalisation of the property, which makes it a very rare specimen in Ibiza for older properties that have had such extensive renovations carried out.

The north east is possibly the most family friendly region of the island. Santa Eulalia, the third largest town in Ibiza, remains the same safe family haven all year round, a superb theatre, amazing sports facilities, cinema, a blue-flag beach, and endless shops, restaurants and gyms. Very popular with British, Dutch and Germans, its main square contains pretty fountains running down from the Town Hall all the way down the seafront.
Moving out of town and north towards the picturesque little village San Carlos, one will find the famous Las Dalias Hippy Market with hundreds of stalls to wander around, and along the coastline untold beaches perfectly suited for families, such as Cala Martina, Cala Nova, and Cala Llenya, to name just a few.
From San Carlos take the back winding mountain road towards Cala San Vicente to catch the breath-taking scenery to your right as the sun rises above the pristine clear waters, and even feel free to shed your inhibitions on the nudist beaches along the way, such as Aguas Blancas.
Then it is another quick hop up to the northern most town in Ibiza, Portinatx, and trying to choose from yet more tiny little coves to chill out on, before winding down again to the quaint little village of San Juan, where the demand for increasingly exclusive high end properties in the surrounding areas continues apace
