GENERAL
The grounds are 24,000sqm with approximately 900sqm villa living space and 23×4.5m swimming pool.
There are several bedroom suites that include 2x2m beds and one 1.8x2m bed, 1 of them has 2 double beds.
Most of the bedrooms have full bathrooms which include a shower and bathtubs with separate toilet and bidet and 1 bedroom is the same with an exemption of a shower.
Each bedroom has very large cupboards with ample hanging and shelf space, independent air-conditioning with a computerized temperature control unit, hair dryers and bathrobes and also benefit from large window fronts that can be entirely opened.
On top of all that luxury the master bedroom has a steam sauna and 2 of the bedrooms have outside showers that guests can enjoy.
There is a possibility of converting the loft (gym, billiard, cinema) into another en suite bedroom with a double bed ideal for adolescents, kids or staff.
You will also find 2 fully equipped kitchens ( 1 open plan and the 2nd staff kitchen tucked away) with dining facilities for 24 people, large living and lush terraces with ample sunbathing and shaded areas.
The villa and its vast terraces are all furnished to a very high standard, most furnishings are custom made and especially designed for this property
STAFF
Included in the rental is a wonderful couple who look after the guests and the property. They are very professional and trustworthy.
They work 8 hours daily, 5 days a week (clients can choose their days off). The lady cleans the house and takes care of the laundry and her husband takes care of the maintenance of the house, cleans the terraces, does the shopping and prepares breakfast. If the time permits he can also cook basic meals.
If needed the clients can agree with them to work extra time in additional cost.
For a rental period of 2 weeks or more there will be an additional cleaning lady, she also works 8 hours a day, 5 days per week and is also willing to do extra work.
DINING FACILITIES
The interior dining table seats up to 16 people and outside dining facilities can cater for up to 24 people.
The interior living/dining room converts into a covered terrace in summer by simply removing the automated glass fronts.
MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT
Sonos music system throughout the house is accessed via the internet can provide every radio station worldwide as well as the villas own ample music library. The Sonos system is installed in every room and on the terrace. Each zone can play different music.
Each room has an I-pod docking station connected to the Sonos system.
A flat screen TV is mounted in each bedroom, entertainment and living room. DVD and Astra.
Satellite systems are installed in every room. Furthermore, 2 rooms feature Sky TV (offering the biggest package including all the sport + movie programs).
A fully equipped professional DJ set-up is installed in the living room.
ENTERTAINMENT ROOM
Includes a gym, professional billiard table with a unique design and 60 inch Pioneer flat screen with Astra and Sky Satellite, a blue ray DVD player as well as an X–Box.
The gym has a Technogym Kinesis Wall (with DVD exercise instructions) in chrome/mirror.
Weights, bench, cross trainer, 2 exercise balls, jumping rope and floor mats. With early notice a personal trainer can be organized at extra cost.
ART
The villa has one of the worlds largest private collections of Eugenio Recuenco ́s photographic Art. There is also paintings from Tilo Kaiser and three outside wall sculptures from Rosalie and one outside free standing sculpture from a Balinese sculptor called “ Sperm”
POOL
Huge infinity pool with country and sea views surrounded by chill out area and beautiful furniture. This will be your favourite part of the house.
For young children and babies there is also a pool alarm system which is at every client s disposal.
GROUNDS AND SECURITY
A large proportion of the property is landscaped to a very high standard with vast lawn areas.
The villa is protected with an interior and exterior alarm system which is connected to an security company called GPS/Guardia Civil who are extremely efficient.
The exterior alarm is a perimeter alarm which allows tenants to move freely around the house and terraces whilst being protected. The perimeter alarm can be left on all the time and only needs to be interrupted when arriving or leaving the villa by car.
LOCATION – SOUTH WEST

The south west of Ibiza, along with its jaw-dropping scenic backgrounds, is glamorous, brash and exclusive, and with more stylish beach club restaurants along its shores than possibly the rest of the Balearic islands put together, it is idolised by big-hitting jet setters and local residents alike.
To be experienced, at least once, is the sassy and shameless Blue Marlin beach club on Cala Jondal (with its sister restaurant Yemanja perched daintily on the sand beside. At the other end of the spectrum is the rapidly changing San Antonio (as the Brits Abroad pubs are slowly replaced by investors snapping up and converting hotels and restaurants left right and beachfront centre). The south west manages to somehow successfully mix this side of its personality with the ultra exclusive and uber-cool international residents tucked away in the hills of Es Cubells, and Puig Redo, and hidden behind the security barriers of the gated community Vista Alegre.
The focal point of the south west and an absolute must-see is the mythical and magical volcanic outcrop Es Vedra, so seemingly close that you could almost touch it from the shingled shores of Cala d’Hort. There are many urban myths that surround it, such as it being the third most magnetic place on the planet after the North and South Poles, and there is no better place to contemplate these myths than from a table at Es Boldado, the superb fish restaurant built into the rocks across the bay.
The main town, and gateway to the south west is San Jose, a busy bustling town which hosts various rock and jazz festivals throughout the year and is also no more than a quarter of an hour away from the incredibly popular beaches such as Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida, Cala Bassa and Cala Conta (with one of the longest standing beach restaurants, Sunset Ashram perched above). San Jose and her surrounding areas are constantly in demand with property seekers due to the close proximity of all the beaches in the area, as well as the closeness to the airport and Ibiza Town. Consequently the exclusive villas in the south west are the most requested by high net worth holiday-goers in the summer months.
