MAIN HOUSE
There are 3 double bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms (one on the first floor and two on the second), an extra downstairs guest toilet, a living room, and fully equipped open plan kitchen.
The house also has its own lift inside the house running from the basement and underground garage all the way up to the roof terrace, a small private pool of 15 sqm and an 83 sqm private garden.
There are polished limestone floors throughout, separate integrated aircon in each room, underfloor heating throughout, and a super modern ‘Altherma’ water filtration system.
The property has been finished to a very high standard with the extra touches expected in modern properties (such as blinds found within the double glazing for example, and plumbing for a rooftop jacuzzi also provided).
OUTDOOR AREAS
Only a minute’s walk away from the bustling town of Jesus, the house is extremely secure, with entry to the plot via a separate access gate at the front, and extremely secure doors and windows.
There is a cute outdoor garden area extending from the living room, which has a small very private pool and dining area.
From the roof terrace, there are panoramic 360-degree views, including countryside views inland, and Ibiza Town and Dalt Vila out to the sea.
Great for BBQs whilst watching the sunsets!

For the summer months, Ibiza Town (Eivissa) is the centre of the world, or so it seems.
The town itself is centred mainly around the beautiful square (recently pedestrianised) known as Vara De Rey and the main port.
Overlooking the port and the town below from behind its castle ramparts is Dalt Vila (aka the Old Town), dating back to the Phoenicians and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once populated by Romans, Moors and the odd pirate or two, it is now full of winding cobbled streets, charming bars and romantic restaurants.
To the west of Ibiza Town runs the road to San Jose, which is peppered with myriad restaurants such as KM5, Cova Santa and Cas Costas Grill and Market, and in the surrounding hills if you look carefully enough one can spot some of the most exclusive and beautiful villas on the island tucked away behind the pines.
To the east of Ibiza Town, past the millionaire’s playground of Marina Botofoch and the Paseo Maritimo, which is known as the Golden Mile (think Pacha, Lío, It Restaurant etc) is the bay of Talamanca, the bustling town of Jesus, and the equally exclusive Cap Martinet. This area also boasts an unending array of luminary hotspots such as Nobu Hotel, Destino, Rehab, Sa Punta, and the latest celebrity hangout, beach restaurant Cala Bonita on Playa S’Estanyol.
