MAIN HOUSE
On the ground floor is a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and with large windows looking to the sea. This master bedroom has an integrated junior suite with a wardrobe area and a separate guest toilet. The other 2 junior suites, both have en-suite bathrooms and this floor also has the commodity of the laundry room.
Upstairs, completely independent, is a spacious kitchen with a dining area inside and out with a top terrace, and a salon with a large sofa area. This floor also has the possibility to convert into a separate apartment if required.

Undoubtedly the quietest and most secluded part of the island, the northwest boasts some of the most jaw-dropping scenery in Ibiza and is very popular for yoga retreats and wellness therapists due to the abundance of natural elements and the strong island energy felt in that region.
From the north of the island, there is an array of stunning beaches skirting their way around the coast, from Benirras in the North (famous for its historic hippie drumming traditions and iconic ‘God’s Finger’ rock jutting out of the sea in front of the beach) to Cala Salada and Cala Gracioneta over in the west.
The endless sunsets from this side of the island can be indescribable in their beauty and each day brings a unique set of colours and experiences for those lucky enough to witness them.
