MAIN HOUSE

Inside, the villa is beautifully presented, with chic, colourful furnishings and wood-beamed ceilings, while a second lounge area is decked with more soothing, ‘chocolatey’ browns and limewash walls, a large open fireplace and deep comfy sofas and chairs. A large chunky dining table with ample seating for guests is incorporated here too, in a spacious dining area that offers beautiful open country views. 

And to complete this magnificent home, all six stylish luxury bedrooms are welcoming and light-filled, each room offering a sumptuous double bed, ensuite facilities with a walk-in rain shower, a flat-screen TV, bedside integrated USB plug, and integrated air conditioning.

The property has a tourist licence (for 6 bedrooms/12 places) and a very successful rental business is currently run there by the owner.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a glass-fronted wine cellar.

There is a private atrium space which is a cool place in summer to relax with the sound of a little Moroccan fountain. From there one can also reach the outside garden areas.

The master bedroom has access to a huge terrace overlooking the pool area with its own Gazebo to chill, deck chairs and a chimney seating area. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, with rain showers with colour LEDs, and in the outside bath, guests will find a shower and a stone bathtub as well as a huge Dedon Relax Nest. 

On the ground floor with direct access to the garden, you will find one more king-size bedroom with a shower hidden behind a glass wall, and there is a further office/bedroom on this floor.

 

OUTDOOR AREAS

In front of the house, stairs are going down to the huge pool area with tropical plants, a fish pond and palm trees, and the huge swimming pool with a wooden seating deck inside. Light blue mosaic stones let the water look turquoise caribique. The pool can be automatically covered which is safe for kids to walk over. 

The outdoor pool kitchen includes a fridge and a huge gas BBQ, bar-side seating, dining area, chill area, day beds, gazebos and a poolside shower.

Outside areas include an olive garden, a fruit garden, a kids area with a swing and trampoline as well as a big football area.

On the roof of the villa is another chill-out area which is a great sunset spot, to watch from the Gazebo or the lounge furniture. 

This villa literally has it all.

Please note the villa was built in 1995, and the current owners completed the legalised restoration in 2018/19.

The North East is possibly the most family-friendly region of the island. Santa Eulalia, the third-largest town in Ibiza, remains the same safe family haven all year round, with a complete ban on nightclubs and late-night hostelries, a superb theatre, amazing sports facilities, cinema, a blue-flag beach, and endless shops, restaurants and gyms. Very popular with British, Dutch and Germans, its main square contains pretty fountains running down from the Town Hall all the way down the seafront.

Moving out of town and north towards the picturesque little village San Carlos, one will find the famous Las Dalias Hippy Market with hundreds of stalls to wander around, and along the coastline untold beaches perfectly suited for families, such as Cala Martina, Cala Nova, and Cala Llenya, to name just a few.
