Also, unusually for Can Furnet, this villa occupies a totally private corner position with no neighbours, looking out over pine trees and forestry rather than other rooftops. The owners have put blood, sweat, tears and a lot of love and heartache into renovating this villa, and have converted a rather quirky building into the dramatic property that it is now, and it is finally on the market for sale.
The distinctive and interesting distribution over 4 floors is as follows,
Upper Floor – One separate Master Suite on the top, with access via either it’s own separate entrance or via additional private lift access. It boasts an en suite bathroom, a separate walk-in wardrobe, endless natural light, and it’s own roof terrace with (of course) stunning views!
Ground Floor – has a lovely open plan entrance through the original castle-like wooden doors, opening up onto a large entrance hall, which flows into either a small salon or office area (depending upon your preference), with a separate large guest bathroom, and the second double bedroom which also has an en-suite bathroom and it’s own private terrace.
Lower Ground Floor – has an enormous living room area, with a great long terrace wrapping itself around the front of the villa and huge sliding window doors to allow the full effect of the incredible views to be appreciated both inside and out. There is a large kitchen area (which the owners have decided to leave for the buyer to decide on and install themselves).
Access to the pool area is from the entrance hall, or via the kitchen, or from the floor below, and is large and deep, with outdoor showers, and a further large adjacent chill out area, that can be either tiled, decked, or even covered in artificial grass, depending upon preference with its further separate outdoor entrance is perfect for entertaining and for parties.
Lower Ground Floor – Via an internal white tiled staircase takes you to the third double bedroom, with a huge walk-in dressing room, and equally large en suite bathroom, and again, views to Dalt Vila, plus its own private terrace.
The internal lift takes you all the way from the Master Suite down through the Ground Floor and to the fourth bedroom also with an en suite bathroom and views.
Finally, there is a further fifth bedroom – an annexe with a bathroom which can be used for guests or staff, with facilities to include a kitchenette.
The imposing brilliant white terraced walls that rise up around the boundary of the villa (interrupted only by the entrance to the double garage) are topped with landscaped areas that will grow and mature over time, to create the perfect border for this wonderful villa.
The 30sqm pool has pride of place in the grand entertaining area, with fantastic views as well, and accessible from all floors and a separate rear entrance.

For the summer months, Ibiza Town (Eivissa) is the centre of the world, or so it seems. The town itself is centred mainly around the beautiful square (recently pedestrianised) known as Vara De Rey.
Overlooking the port and the town below from behind its castle ramparts is Dalt Vila (aka the Old Town), dating back to the Phoenicians and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once populated by Romans, Moors and the odd pirate or two, it is now full of winding cobbled streets, charming bars and romantic restaurants.
To the west of Ibiza Town runs the road to San Jose, which is peppered with myriad restaurants such as KM5, Cova Santa and Cas Costas Grill and Market, and in the surrounding hills if you look carefully enough one can spot some of the most exclusive and beautiful villas on the island tucked away behind the pines.
To the east of Ibiza Town, past the millionaire’s playground of Marina Botofoch and the Paseo Maritimo, which is known as the Golden Mile (think Pacha, Lío, It Restaurant etc) is the bay of Talamanca, the bustling town of Jesus, and the equally exclusive Cap Martinet. This area also boasts an unending array of luminary hotspots such as Nobu Hotel, Destino, Rehab, Sa Punta, and the latest celebrity hangout, beach restaurant Cala Bonita on Playa S’Estanyol.
