MAIN HOUSE
The villa was completed in June 2021. This project was the last of its kind in this zone of the South West due to strict planning restrictions now in force in Ibiza.
This uniquely styled, 5 bedroom 5 bathroom home with sea views, has a ´floating´ infinity pool and separate indoor jacuzzi/hot tub zone, and is set over 3 floors and built into the side of the valley.
On the main floor is a spacious living room, and modern open plan equipped kitchen; on the top floor a master double bedroom with en suite, and glass open wall to the front, with terrace, and four further double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms on the lower floor.
It has been designed by a renowned Madrid-based architect and development company and is extremely modern and unique in style for Ibiza. There are no villas designed like this one on the market, and it is full to the brim with modern demotic technology and eco saving systems.
OUTDOOR AREAS
This modern villa has an outdoor floating infinity pool, and terracing, together with landscaped garden, and views to the Mediterranean sea and the valley.
There is a private driveway and garage, electric gates, full security systems and ultra modern demotic systems that can be activated whilst back at home.
The villa is a two minute drive from the uber cool Cala Moli beach (with the new Silencio sister beach restaurant from Paris), and a two minute walk from it’s own even more uber cool little cala!
SEA ACCESS
There is also direct access via a beautiful shaded forestal pathway to a secluded cove. Coming out from the end of the little stone pathway, you are treated to the sound of the waves lapping against the rocks right in front of you, virtually your own little private bay.

The southwest of Ibiza, along with its jaw-dropping scenic backgrounds, is glamorous, brash and exclusive, and with more stylish beach club restaurants along its shores than possibly the rest of the Balearic islands put together, it is idolised by big-hitting jet setters and local residents alike.
To be experienced, at least once, is the sassy and shameless Blue Marlin beach club on Cala Jondal (with its sister restaurant Yemanja perched daintily on the sand beside. At the other end of the spectrum is the rapidly changing San Antonio (as the Brits Abroad pubs are slowly replaced by investors snapping up and converting hotels and restaurants left, right and beachfront centre).
The southwest manages to somehow successfully mix this side of its personality with the ultra-exclusive and ‘low-key cool’ international residents tucked away in the hills of Es Cubells, and Puig Redo, and hidden behind the security barriers of the gated community Vista Alegre.
The focal point of the southwest and an absolute must-see is the mythical and magical volcanic outcrop Es Vedra, so seemingly close that you could almost touch it from the shingled shores of Cala d’Hort. There are many urban myths that surround it, such as it being the third most magnetic place on the planet after the North and South Poles, and there is no better place to contemplate these myths than from a table at Es Boldado, the superb fish restaurant built into the rocks across the bay.
The main town, and gateway to the southwest, is San Jose, a busy bustling town that hosts various rock and jazz festivals throughout the year and is also no more than a quarter of an hour away from the incredibly popular beaches such as Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida, Cala Bassa and Cala Conta (with one of the longest standing beach restaurants, Sunset Ashram perched above). San Jose and her surrounding areas are constantly in demand with property seekers due to the close proximity of all the beaches in the area, as well as the closeness to the airport and Ibiza Town. Consequently, the exclusive villas in the southwest are the most requested by high net worth holiday-goers in the summer months.
