Booking a luxury villa in Ibiza is a big investment, so it’s completely understandable that you will want to make sure everything is just right before going ahead with your reservation. We are happy to provide as much information as you need, to assure you that our service is of the highest quality, leaving you to look forward to your upcoming stay with us.

How do I book my luxury Ibiza villa?

We have made the process of booking our luxury Ibiza villas as effortless as possible, so that you can enjoy every part of your holiday from start to finish.

Once you have chosen a villa you would like to book, simply click on the “make a booking” tab, from which you will be taken to our dedicated booking page. Here you can securely enter all the required details before making your payment and reserving the villa. Alternatively, if you would rather complete your booking with one of our team members, you can contact us over the phone and we will be happy to process your booking for you. Our booking system is very similar to many other travel providers, and you should have no problem securing your villa in no time at all.

What is my security deposit for and how is it handled?

We ask that all of our customers provide a security deposit before their stay in one of our luxury villas, to cover the cost of any losses or damages, or for cases where we may require additional cleaning services after you have checked out.

Your security deposit will be requested prior to your stay and we accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, the Discover Card, American Express and PayPal. Your deposit will be kept safe and secure with us during your stay, and you will receive a full refund of your deposit within 48 hours after checking out, providing there have been no losses, damages or excessive mess. We are very lenient on why we would decide to deduct money from your security deposit, as our main priority is making sure that you thoroughly enjoy the time you spend in one of our luxury villas.

What is provided in my luxury villa?

We provide all of the essentials you will need to enjoy your stay in our luxury Ibiza villas. You shouldn’t have to bring any more with you than you normally would on any other holiday.

Upon arrival, you will find fresh bedding already made for you, as well as a bath towel and hand towel for each individual guest. You will also have sun loungers, toiletries, washing supplies, kitchen essentials and some cooking staples provided in your villa, so that you can begin to enjoy every aspect of the villa from the moment you walk through the door. There should be no inconveniences for you during your stay in our luxury villas, and we aim to provide as many of the essentials as we can think of.
